Our teaching style is rooted in evidence-based adult learning strategies that make professional development practical, accessible, and engaging. We design resources with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in mind so that materials are flexible and meet the diverse needs of educators and paraprofessionals. The professional development (PD)s we create do not waste time with cheesy icebreakers, "gallery walks,” or “parking lots.” Teachers deserve PD that treats them as the professionals they are, so every activity we include has a clear purpose and practical application. Our sessions focus on interactive strategies that respect educators’ time, build on their expertise, and leave them with tools they can immediately put into practice.
